Lyon Strategic Consulting was started in January of 2014 by Bradley Lyon to provide a service to small and medium sized businesses. Recognizing the strategic, cultural, and structural changes that have affected businesses in the past 30 years, Lyon Strategic Consulting was set up to provide businesses with processes which would allow them to be more successful. Lyon Strategic Consulting helps organizations align their plan, people, and systems in order to gain a competitive edge.

PROCESS

The business relationship between Lyon Strategic Consulting and the client begins with a mutual evaluation. This mutual evaluation lasts between one and five days. The mutual evaluation, which is free and without any obligation, is as the name implies, an opportunity for both the client and Lyon Strategic Consulting to determine if consulting services would benefit the client, and if the client desires to engage the services of Lyon Strategic Consulting.

During this time, a representative from Lyon Strategic Consulting will meet with the business owner, CEO, COO, and any other decision makers within the client company. Also during this mutual evaluation, based on the client company’s permission, the representative would observe the overall operations of the business, and if requested, would focus on particular departments or individuals.

The mutual evaluation process concludes with a meeting of the decision makers where a detailed plan of strategy is discussed. Most of the processes require eight to ten weeks of once a week meetings. The meetings generally are scheduled to last 1.5-2 hours each. Included in the processes are manuals and workbooks for all participants.

The most common processes are Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Customer Loyalty. Each client company has different needs, and processes can be customized to fit. Pricing is based on number of participants and which processes are necessary. The processes are goal based, and are intended to increase the revenue and profitability of the client company.

CLIENTS

The services of Lyon Strategic Consulting are ideal for small to medium size businesses. Although the target industry is printing and small manufacturing, the processes are equally applicable to contractors, non-profits, restaurants and retail businesses.  

FACILITATOR

Bradley Lyon began his career in retail and restaurant management, working with Marriott Corporation, and The Sharper Image. When Bradley had the opportunity to buy into a PIP Printing franchise that he had been managing, his life as an entrepreneur and small business owner began. Bradley has also managed printing operations in the real estate industry, and was an integral part in the growth of the online printing company Next Day Flyers.
